Thomas M. Redmond, Jr. is co-founder of Redmond Group, Inc. Founded in 1996, the firm specializes in evaluating and improving the distribution process of commercial and personal insurance and other financial products. Tom has over twenty-seven years experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Agency industry with specific expertise in the generation of and management of insurance sales. The firm assists clients in designing new business development strategies that assure the generation of new revenue while meeting return-on-investment goals.

Tom's employment has included positions with global insurance brokers where he managed a variety of specialty insurance products, the largest personal lines facility in the country, several profit centers, the North American aerospace division and acted as broker and account executive for complex multinational clients.

His educational background includes a B.S. in Industrial Relations and Management from Seton Hall University, a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and is a Certified Instructor on Overcoming Call Reluctance. Tom is a frequent speaker on the subjects of sales strategies, techniques and client service.
