Kathy Myers is Fort Hill’s Vice President of Marketing and heads up the new business unit, Fort Hill Learning, which provides instructor-led workshops on research-based concepts and processes developed by Fort Hill.

Myers began her career in business as a product manager and later as vice president and editor-in-chief for Perfection Learning Corporation.

She then served as co-founder and President of de Bono Thinking Systems, a company that conducts instructor-led workshops in Dr. Edward de Bono’s Lateral Thinking techniques. de Bono Thinking Systems has certified over 1200 trainers and has trained over 750,000 corporate and government employees in 45 countries since its inception in 1992.

Kathy is a graduate of the University of Iowa and serves on the Advisory Board for the Simpson College School of Business. She is past president of the American Creativity Association and past board member of the Association of Learning Providers.
